SUMMARY:Monthly Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The SLH monthly meetings are on the first Saturday of the month from 10.30am to 12.00 noon.  Our meetings are held at the Patio Room\, Heaton Moor United Church\, Stanley Rd SK4 4HL. The room has direct access from the car park and has a shared kitchen and toilets very close to the room. Hot drinks will be provided for everyone. \nEveryone is welcome to our meeting. Contact info@slheatons.org if you have questions. We use the time to discuss and plan our activities\, and have occasional guest speakers.  Everyone is welcome. Do come and meet us!

DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wondered how your recycling materials are sorted? Join the SLH team on our trip to see and hear how recycling happens. We’ll get a tour of the facility that uses lasers\, cyclones\, and magnets to separate the recycling in over a million homes\, and the chance to take part in activities to help us to understand the process. \nEveryone is welcome\, although this event is unsuitable for those under 7. \nTo reserve your place\, book here before 14th February. \nWe encourage you to travel by public transport or to car share.
